Simply West Coast was an idea born out a bustling West Coast restaurant kitchen. Specialty sauces came highly requested as people were drawn to their robust flavours and commitment to sourcing excellent local ingredients. The product line grew beyond sauces to include sustainably caught fish and fish products ready for home use.

All products are gluten-free, GMO-free, nitrate-free and the wild-caught seafood is Ocean Wise certified. It's a simple philosophy and it works.
