In May of 2003 we opened the doors of our first restaurant in Canmore, Alberta – the beautiful landscape of this location spoke for itself & Rocky Mountain Flatbread was born!
Suzanne & Dominic Fielden, Rocky Mountain Flatbread’s founders, had a bold vision to create a family restaurant that could , “change the world one slice of pizza at a time.”
They partnered with Chef Oliver Zulauf to create a healthy & delicious flatbread menu using sustainably produced, local food that connects the farm, family & community.

Stock over 200 grocery stores across Western Canada with our frozen artisan pizzas. Each day our kitchen team roll up their sleeves and handcraft hundreds of delicious artisan pizzas. We provide five healthy delicious frozen pizza options for family & friends to enjoy at home.
Teach over one thousand students a year how to grow, harvest & prepare their own food as healthy, nutritious snacks. These sessions are led by a team of educators from EarthBites, a Rocky Mountain Flatbread Education Society program.
