Green Cuisine is a vegetarian restaurant that's rooted in Victoria, BC. Since opening their doors in 1990 they have always been 'all about the food', and take great pride in serving high quality vegetarian meals. Their popularity boomed and word got out about their amazing tofu, seitan, tempeh, and other meat alternatives that are made in-house. Now Green Cuisine products are distributed beyond the Island for others to enjoy as well.
