After 11 years, we still handcraft all our Gelato and Sorbetto in small batches. Sourcing the best ingredients available to us, and continuously developing new creations. We are committed to sourcing the best ingredients we can find from around the world, and as locally as possible.

Our blueberries are grown in the beautiful Fraser Valley of British Columbia, our pineapples flown in from sunny Hawaii, vanilla beans from the Bourbon region on Madagascar, rich dutch cocoa, herbs from local farmers, unpasteurized honey from High River, Alberta, and real Canadian milk. Flavors like Raspberry Lime, Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt, Blueberry Basil and Frozen Hot Chocolate anchor and inspire our offerings that expand to limited-edition flavors inspired by holidays, seasons, people and places.
