If you receive food that isn't exceptional, please fill out & submit the Rate Your Box page on your profile. We read every form and respond, where required.
Sometimes, we are forced to make substitutions due to either transportation or quality issues. Our policy is to substitute like produce for like produce (i.e. Swiss Chard for Kale), replace the item in your next following delivery or provide a monetary credit to your account.
Please note that we pack several hundred boxes a day, so packing errors can happen sometimes. Just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right.
