<span style="color: #222222;"><strong>Jordy</strong> heard about <strong>The Organic Box</strong> from a friend -- how we truly care about where our food comes from and our endless efforts to have as much local, organic food available to Albertans as possible. Shortly after applying in <strong>January 2015</strong>, he got the call to join our Production Team and couldn't wait to start working for a company who truly cares about the impact that comes from their business; who wants only to put it's money where it will do good. He feels strongly about what he invests his energy into, so he knew that joining our team would be a great fit for him.</span> <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Fun-facts about Jordy:</strong></span> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">• he gets up to <span style="color: #222222;">lot of different things in his free-time, but mainly spending time with friends, family, and girlfriend - playing slo-pitch, cooking, and going to dance parties</span></p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">• he's<span style="color: #222222;"> been in a pool league for 3 years playing 8 ball. They do pretty well for being the youngest </span><span class="il" style="color: #222222;">team</span><span style="color: #222222;"> in the league - moving up two divisions in the last 2 years while qualifying for the vegas tournaments!</span></p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">• Jordy's <span style="color: #222222;">thumbs can bend back to a 90 degree angle - and he's left-handed</span></p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">• he <span style="color: #222222;">can leapfrog over those grey Canada Post pick-up boxes, is good at climbing trees, and really good at harvesting vegetables... and packing them into boxes</span></p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">• his fav item at The Organic Box are the <strong>mangoes </strong>- he's all about 'em</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">• one last thing - l<span style="color: #222222;">isten to <strong>CJSR</strong> whenever you can - support your local radio stations!</span></p> <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Jordy's best memory:</strong></span> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">'<span style="color: #222222;">Probably when I was in my second week or so and I had a bottle of chocolate milk and was reading a <em>Vue Weekly</em> and wasn't paying too much attention and shook the bottle with the lid not being on too well and spilled milk everywhere, it was pretty funny I'm just glad Rachelle was there and helped me clean it up.
