Grain Bowls – Creative Comfort Food

With their contrasting textures and vibrant colours, grain bowls are both hearty and vibrant. With a little precooking on the weekend you have a week’s worth of quick delicious meals your family will love.



  1. Mound the millet and lentils in a large bowl.
  2. Arrange the chicken and vegetables on top. 
  3. Sprinkle with the tarragon and chives. 
  4. Whisk the vinegar, oil, syrup and mustard together until emulsified.
  5. Drizzle on top, garnish with the walnuts, and serve.
