Pumpkin Spice is definitely on-the-scene this time of year! It's hard not to give into this tasty trend so we've come up with a simple way to satisfy the craving at home - just in time for Halloween. <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Pumpkin Spice Popcorn Balls:</strong></span> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ingredients:</span> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8226; 1/2 tablespoon Coconut Oil (or Vegetable Oil)</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;">&#8226; 1/2 cup un-popped Popcorn</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;">&#8226; 6 tablespoons Salted Butter</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;">&#8226; 5 cups (1 pkg.) Mini Marshmallows</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;">&#8226; 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Pie Spice (or your favourite blend of cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg)</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8226; 1 tablespoon Vanilla</p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">&#8226; 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Filling (optional)</p> <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Directions:</span> <p style="padding-left: 30px;"><span class="recipe-directions__list--item">1. Add oil to a large, covered saucepan, and heat over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add popping corn. Keep pan moving constantly. When corn stops popping, remove from heat. Put popcorn in a bowl. Set aside.</span></p> <p style="padding-left: 30px;">2.&#160;<span class="recipe-directions__list--item">Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir in spices and vanilla. Add marshmallows and cook until melted, stirring constantly.
