Who doesn't like scalloped potatoes?!

This recipe is very easy and the Winding Road cheese totally takes it to the next level!


• 3 lb. Organic Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 1/2” pieces

• 2 cups Whipping Cream

• 1 tsp Kosher Salt

• ½ tsp.Black Pepper, coarse grind

• Pinch of ground Nutmeg

• 1/2 cup shredded Winding Road Joseph Cheese


Pre-heat over to 400 degrees.

In a medium sauce pan mix together the cream, salt and pepper, then add the potatoes. Bring to a simmer, uncovered, stirring frequently for 15 minutes or until the cream has been reduced by about 1/3 and the potatoes are fork tender.

Pour the potato mixture into an ovenware baking-dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is brown and bubbling. Let sit 10 minutes, stir gently and then serve.
