A quick and flavourful side dish.&#160; Try your favourite pea shoots in a new way. <strong>4 Tbsp soy sauce</strong> <strong>2 Tbsp rice vinegar</strong> <strong>2 tsp sugar</strong> <strong>2 tsp corn starch</strong> <strong>4 Tbsp sunflower oil</strong> <strong>12 cloves garlic, thinly sliced</strong> <strong>12 oz. pea shoots</strong> In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar and cornstarch.&#160; Set aside. Heat a pan or wok over high heat and add the oil.&#160; When shimmering, add the garlic and stir constantly for about 15 seconds. Add the pea shoots and continue stirring until they wilt, about 1 minute. Add the sauce and stir to coat thoroughly.&#160; Cook for an additional minute to allow the sauce to thicken.
