Mango season only lasts so long.&#160; Scoop them up while they are here and make some healthy snacks! <ul> <li>6 Cups mango &#8211; cubed</li> <li>&#189; Cup honey</li> <li>2 Tbsp lemon juice</li> </ul> Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Spread on dehydrator trays with the fruit leather insert or on a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Dehydrator: set at 135&#730;F and run for 8-10 hours (overnight). Oven: Bake at 170&#730;F for 10 hours. You will know the fruit leather is done when it is tacky to the touch. Using scissors or a sharp knife, cut into desired shape.
