Mango season only lasts so long. Scoop them up while they are here and make some healthy snacks!

6 Cups mango – cubed

½ Cup honey

2 Tbsp lemon juice

Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Spread on dehydrator trays with the fruit leather insert or on a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Dehydrator: set at 135˚F and run for 8-10 hours (overnight). Oven: Bake at 170˚F for 10 hours. You will know the fruit leather is done when it is tacky to the touch. Using scissors or a sharp knife, cut into desired shape. For longer storage, freeze between sheets of parchment. Recipe and photo adapted from www.dashofbutter.com. See the original post here.
