Herb blends are actually quite easy to make when you have lots of herbs on hand.  Try these out or invent your own. <em>Herbes de Provence</em> 3 Tbsp dried Thyme 2 Tbsp dried Savory 1 Tbsp dried Oregano 3 tsp dried Rosemary 2 tsp dried Marjoram Blend herbs together and store in an airtight container.  Use when called for, especially in French-style stews and salad dressings. <em>Poultry Mix</em> 2 tsp ground dried Sage 1 ½ tsp dried Thyme 1 tsp dried Marjoram ¾ tsp dried Rosemary ½ tsp ground Nutmeg Combine herbs and blend in a spice grinder if a finer texture is desired.  Use in dressings, potatoes and poultry.
