Loving Local

Peak BC Fruit season isstill going strong. Almost all varieties of fruits, from the last cherries to the first apples are available. Owner Danny and Product Manager Lisa just came from a visit at local farms Peas on Earth, and Sundog. Their fields are brimming with lush greens, purples, yellows, and reds. Still lots of localproduce to come, well into the fall.

Note about product labelling - as a member of the Alberta Organic Producers Association we are committed to correctly labelling our products. We are also committed to giving small local farms a market as they make their transition from conventional to organic growing. On the list of items some are marked with a (T). These are items that are in transition from conventional to organic and are not yet certified. All of these items have been verified by Danny as being chemical free and grown using complete organic practices. If you would like no transition products in your box, please let us know and we will adjust your account to always exclude them.

Our new order website

We have launched our new order website this weekend. There is a link at the top of the Choose Your Box page that you can use to jump over to it and give it a whirl. Thecolours arebetter, categories are easier to navigate and finding the important information about your account should be easier. If it isn't working for you, there is an escapelink at the top which will allow you to move back to the old 'Choose Your Box' page without losing your order in progress. We want your feedback on this so please help us by trying it out.

<img style="WIDTH: 156px; HEIGHT: 173px" src="http://www.bbfdirect.com/coimg/003/honey-bunny/logo_100x100" width="156" height="173" />

Honey Bunny

Wolfe Honey Company is a family owned Organic Apiary located in Guy, Alberta.
