The best fruit salsa is made with your favourite fruit, so pick what you love and is perfectly ripe. <ul> <li>Fruit of your choice : Apples, pears, kiwi, mango, melon, berries,</li> <li>Juice and Zest of 1 lime</li> <li>2 Tbsp Honey</li> </ul> Chop the fruit into uniform pieces about &#189; inch in diameter.&#160; If your fruit is a mix of firm as soft fruit, dice the firmest fruit first. Toss in the lime juice and coat well to prevent browning. Add the honey and zest and chill for 1 hour before serving.
