With the time crunch felt with getting the kids back to school, some help in the mornings is welcome!
Planning out breakfasts in advance can take some of the stress out of the day, leaving you time to relax over a cup of coffee before jumping into the day!
PB & B Rolls
Peanut Butter, Banana & Tortilla - Three Ingredients Is All You Need!
Spread the peanut butter - or any nut butter - over a tortilla. Place a banana in the middle. Roll up and eat! Perfect for an on-the-go-breakfast.
Smoothies
Will it blend? If yes, you can add it to a smoothie!
1. Tightly pack 2 cups of leafy greens in a measuring cup and then toss into blender.
2. Add 2 cups of water and blend together until all leafy chunks are gone.
3. Add 3 cups of fruit and blend again until smooth.
4. Pour into a mason jar (or cute cup of your choice).
5. Gulp or sip like a rawkstar!

Slow Cooker Oats
For this one you need 1 cup of Steel Cut Oats, 3 1/2 cups Water and then any toppings or fillings you want. Start it the night before - wake up and eat!
My fav is to make it taste like apple pie!
Add 1 chopped apple, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 tbsp butter, 3 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp pure vanilla for this recipe.
Place the steel cut oats, water, apple, raisins, butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and vanilla extract into a slow cooker, and stir to combine and dissolve the sugar. Cover the cooker, set to Low, and allow to cook 6 to 7 hours (for firm oats) or 8 hours (for softer texture).
