Salads can be a fun way to showcase seasonal ingredients and there is no better way to highlight the flavours of citrus and cilantro than on top of a beautiful salad. 1 tsp coriander seeds &#189; tsp cumin seeds 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1 tsp minced ginger 1 tsp grapefruit zest + 2 Tbsp juice &#189; Cup Greek-style yogurt 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 Tbsp minced dill 1 Tbsp minced cilantro Salt and pepper Toast the coriander and cumin over medium heat until fragrant.&#160; Transfer to a spice grinder and grind to a fine powder. Mix together the ginger, garlic, yogurt and olive oil until well-combined.&#160; Stir in the remaining spices and spoon over your favourite salad.
