This is great to serve to friends for a casual get-together.

It also freezes well - so make extra!



  1. Sauté ground beef or Beefless Burger pieces in coconut oil until brown all the way through (or warm for veggie version) 
  2. Add onions, celery, carrot, pepper and mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes. 
  3. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat, and cover.
  4. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
  5. Serve topped with grated cheese and crushed taco chips, if desired, or serve over rice.


Serves 6 to 8.
