Ingredients:

• 1 Package Black Bean & Cumin Pierogie
  
• 6 Roma Tomatoes
  
• 1 Red Onion
  
• 3 tbsp Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  
• 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper, sliced
  
• 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  
• 1 pinch Garlic Powder
  
• 1 pinch Ground Cumin
  

Directions:

1. Prepare pierogie to package directions
   
2. Stir together all other ingredients and refridgerate 3 hours or overnight
   
3. Top pierogie with Pico De Gallo and enjoy!
