Brie is a classic cheese of French origin, made of whole milk. It has a white, velvety, bloomy rind, and a smooth, flowing, light-yellow interior. It's rich, creamy flavour hints of butter, mushroom and hazelnut. It is both subtle and tangy in taste.
When forming and hand-cutting natural cheese, product sizes are approximate. While every effort is made to provide the exact size stated (and our cheese packers are very practiced), forming and hand-cutting are not exact sciences.
