Our Bison is grass fed, pasture raised, and low stress handled without the use of antibiotics or hormones. All meat is provincially inspected as a minimum and selected for animal welfare and diet. No added nitrites, celery extract, dairy, nuts, gluten, soy, phosphates, binders, fillers, MSG or sugar.
