Just like grandma's, except a minimum of a 48-hour simmer time. To prepare frozen broth, thaw and warm gently on the stove. Season to taste, as only trace amounts of sea salt is added to broth to accommodate varying health journeys. Broth will keep for 5 days in the fridge, or 6 months in the freezer.
