From our family to yours! Field Roast sausages are made using traditional, old-country, sausage making practices. We begin, where all sausage makers begin - with a grind - ours of grain meat. We add a unique combination of sweet granny smith apples, savory Yukon Gold potatoes and pungent rubbed sage and ginger.
Filtered water, vital wheat gluten, expeller pressed safflower oil, non-sulphured dried apples, yukon gold potatoes, naturally flavored yeast extract, onion powder, barley malt, garlic, natural hickory smoke flavor with torula yeast, spices, sea salt and rubbed sage.
