Our cattle are raised in the pastures year-round. In the summer they are moved daily onto fresh grass and provided with fresh clean water. Ambrosia apples are bi-colored with butter-yellow skin blushed with red. They're crisp and juicy with a sweet flavour and low acidity. Ambrosia apples are a great source of both soluble and insoluble fiber, which has been shown to help lower cholesterol and aid in digestion.
